American History X

Derek Vineyard is paroled after serving 3 years in prison for killing two thugs who tried to break into/steal his truck. Through his brother, Danny Vineyard’s narration, we learn that before going to prison, Derek was a skinhead and the leader of a violent white supremacist gang that committed acts of racial crime throughout L.A. and his actions greatly influenced Danny. Reformed and fresh out of prison, Derek severs contact with the gang and becomes determined to keep Danny from going down the same violent path as he did.

American History X 123movies review

Throughout the 119 min minutes, I had the feeling that I personally know and understand the meaning of the actions of each hero of the masterpiece American History X 123movies.

I like films in the genre of Best Crime, Best Dramas, Best Independent, Drama most of all, but I want to highlight this particular film product, I think it is one of the best in its direction.

1998 was rich in worthy film premieres, but only in this film I saw a perfectly selected cast of actors who perfectly embodied the director\'s idea.

I really like this unique work of Tony Kaye, because it is simply impossible to forget such a complicated story, and to throw the heroes out of the heart forever.

Alex Sol, Allie Moss, Anne Lambton, Antonio David Lyons, Avery Brooks, Beverly D'Angelo, Christopher Masterson, Creed Bratton, Danso Gordon, Denney Pierce, Edward Furlong, Edward Norton, Elliott Gould, Ethan Suplee, Fairuza Balk, Giuseppe Andrews, Glendon Rich, Guy Torry, Jim Norton, Joe Cortese, John Embry, Jordan Marder, Keram Malicki-Sánchez, Kiante Elam, Maximillian Kesmodel, Nigel Miguel, Paul E. Short, Paul Hopkins, Paul Le Mat, Robert 'Duckie' Carpenter, Sam Sarpong, Sam Vlahos, Stacy Keach, Sydney 'Big Dawg' Colston, William Russ were able to perfectly reveal the nature of their difficult characters, leaving them in the memory of the viewer as real heroes and favorites for many years.
